Ever since Sauder HeWe was created, a large part of our mission has been to promote mental health and wellness. To show our support for breaking the stigma surrounding mental health issues and spreading mental health awareness, we have compiled a list of free resources for UBC students. UBC Sauder School of Business Registered Clinical Counsellor 

Nafiza Ali (she/her), MA

Nafiza provides drop-in and short-term counseling to support the mental health and well-being of UBC Sauder’s undergraduate and graduate students. She also facilitates workshops and outreach initiatives tailored to the needs of students, staff, and faculty.
 

Students can schedule an appointment with Nafiza to address concerns affecting their personal, academic, or professional lives.


To book an appointment, email wellbeing@sauder.ubc.ca with your full name, email address, availability, and student number. Alternatively, call Counselling Services at 604.822.3811 and let the front desk know you are a UBC Sauder student.
